Led by ex-Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo, Grip Inc. released this debut in 1995 during the infertile years of Thrash Metal. Joining Lombardo on this progressive Thrash opus are Gus Chambers (vocals), Waldemar Sorychta (guitars, keyboards), and Jason Viebrooks (bass).
The music is both technically demanding and extremely heavy. From the first moment to the last Power Of Inner Strength do only one thing and that is to Thrash with razor-sharp riffs, paranoid solos, aggressive and strong singing by Gus Chambers and the familiar killing drum smashing of Lombardo.
Vinyl first Official Reissue since it's initial release in 1995. Limited to 400 black copies.
Release date: August 8, 2022
* Αccording to vinyl pressing plant deadlines this should have been released in 2023. In any case the pressing plant delivered the records much sooner. So the official release is 2022 and not 2023 as you can see on cover and inner artwork.

Three decades ago, before the music industry began to colonize it, the do-it-yourself underground was a space of exodus and experimentation, often in violent opposition to the rest of the world. This was the context in which Catharsis appeared, one of a new wave of bands to meld metal drama with the raw urgency of hardcore punk. They quickly distinguished themselves by an almost self-destructive intensity and uncompromising anticapitalist ethic. Inverting Christian iconography to champion the struggle of the individual against a hostile cosmos, they took up the centuries-old banner No Gods, No Masters, extending this project of total defiance into their increasingly tumultuous lives. This apocalyptic orientation in turn informed their music, as they sought to hit upon the magic combination of words, harmonies, and rhythms that could spark a global conflagration. Catharsis broke up in 2002, following relentless touring on three continents and a final catastrophic five months in Europe. After a decade of watching the old records sell for absurd prices while bootleggers profited off substandard editions, we’ve finally taken it upon ourselves to offer a proper collection of their work. “Light from a Dead Star I.,” includes their debut 7”, and “Samsara” LP, packaged in a gatefold cover with oversize booklet offering all the original artwork. -

25 years in and Hellshock still have a lot to say and their sound is getting darker and heavier than ever. XXV dives deep into bleak, metallic stenchcore territory, blending their trademark crust foundation with Bolt Thrower-style riffing, somber melodies, and even the occasional synth touch that adds to the apocalyptic vibe. The production is massive, thick, heavy, but never over-polished. Everything hits hard: the guitars are crushing, the rhythm section is powerful, and the vocals bark with the usual visceral intensity. There’s an oppressive, almost funereal atmosphere running through the record that drags you down with it—and that’s a compliment. Hellshock kinda reinvent the wheel here creating something different that usual that I would define “progressive darkened stench core”. XXV is a fitting soundtrack for the end times: scary, powerful, and utterly uncompromising. American press by Black Water Records. Limited run of 500 copies. -

The COLD I trip started 10 years ago. At 2019 their drummer Christos left the band for personal reasons and he was replaced by Vaggelis. The current line up is Fotis (vocals), Aggelos (guitar), Dimitris (bass) and Vaggelis (drums). With the new line up at 2021, the band stormed the studio to record their third full length (Μέρες Νεκρές) which continues the quest at their beloved post punk/cold wave genres. “Μέρες Νεκρές” pressed at 287 copies. -
ANGRY GOD is the first new material of the M-town Rebels since 2016 and the band’s first full-length in well over a decade! To say this release is very much anticipated is therefore an understatement. Luckily BACKFIRE! lives up to the expectations and releases it’s strongest, most explosive record to date! Never before the Gods of European hardcore delivered an album on which they sounded so old school and typically BACKFIRE! on one hand, but as refreshing and renewing as they do on the other hand. Going strong for nearly 3 decades already, but the band still manages to reinvent itself on ANGRY GOD and does so with anger and style! The band has announced this album will be their testimony and final release ever. ANGRY GOD is their most darkest and personal album to date and the crown on their 30 year carreer span. The album was realized with the help of some old friends and partners in crime. Former drummer and now producer Igor is responsible for the album’s massive and heavy production. Oeds (The Devil’s Blood, Molassess) co-wrote the magnificent instrumental title-track. And Merijn (Sparrow Falls, The Young Ones) and Erick (Live By The Sword, Strongarm And The Bullies) perform guest vocals on respectively “Empty Shell” and “Black Hole”. -
Repressed fromfirst time in a decade, the recordings that started it all. Housed in a deluxe tip-on sleeve with a double-sided 24'' x 12'' poster insert. -
“The most soaring, magnificent, ethereal cathedrals to reason, faith or anything else were as mere unkempt and dilapidated hovels compared to the constructions – if they could even be described as such – within the Sublime.” (Iain M. Banks, The Hydrogen Sonata) “Sublimation” is an album recorded by 4 guys who appreciate good sci-fi literature and enjoy playing riff-centric, rhythmically intense underground music. It has been heavily inspired by the late Iain M. Banks’ concept of Sublimation, as explored in the master’s final sci-fi novel, “The Hydrogen Sonata”. It is Dephosphorus’ 4th full-length album and it presents a few notable differences compared to the rest of their discography, which are up to the audience to find out. Last but not least, the record’s atmosphere has taken visual shape thanks to Viral Graphics. Pressed on 180g vinyl, contain a 4 pg. 12" inlay, A2 Poster, Sticker & Download Card. -

Life Knife Death, from the veteran Swedish hardcore punk band Wolfbrigade, is the follow-up album to 2019’s The Enemy: Reality. Formed in 1995 in the small Swedish city of Mariestad by key players from Sweden's legendary hardcore scene, Wolfbrigade (known as Wolfpack until 1999) remain among Scandinavia's most respected, influential and reliable purveyors of real-world brute-force hullabaloo. On this eleventh album, the niftiest skills honed to a fine edge over 30 years are dispatched with greater style and intensity than ever. Most immediately, there's the sheer velocity and barely-controlled rage pumping through dynamic d-beaten blood-shakers like Ways To Die and Your God Is A Corpse, the furious attack assisted to heart-fluttering greatness by a newly loosened sense of raucous spontaneity. "We didn’t really rehearse any of the songs on this album,"the band reveals. "We tend to overwork and overanalyze everything that we do, and sometimes we get lost in that process. This time we wanted to go rough, to capture the raw essence of the song when it’s just out of the womb. All the blood and gore." Mounting global chaos may have us all darkly fearing the end times, but it has also seemingly created the ideal circumstances for a hardcore punk LP as coruscatingly brutal as Wolfbrigade's “Life Knife Death”. -

Rock for Light is the second full-length album by Bad Brains, released in 1983. It was produced by Ric Ocasek of The Cars.
We’re proud to present the original mix of the album, for the first time in decades, as the band originally intended. Most fans will be more familiar with the 1991 reissue, which was remixed by Ocasek and bass player Darryl Jenifer. In addition to new mixes, that version used an altered track order. This reissue marks the fourth release in the remaster campaign, re-launching the Bad Brains Records label imprint. In coordination with the band, Org Music has overseen the restoration and remastering of the iconic Bad Brains’ recordings. The audio was mastered by Dave Gardner at Infrasonic Mastering and pressed at Furnace Record Pressing. -
This was release in 2001 but repress again in 2013. DOOM was a band which were pivotal in the rise of crust punk and originated from Birmingham. Doom continued with different guitarist, most notably with Dave Talbot who co-founded UK doom metal band SOLSTICE with SORE THROAT’s vocalist Rich Walker, but did not settle with four members for long playing numerous gigs as a three piece, as Pickering turned to vocal and guitar duties. This line up continued until a final split in August 1990. Following the group’s demise Pickering formed Police Bastard, whilst drummer Stick joined ENT then DIRT. This records still sound heavy, fuzzy, dirty and mean as hell!!! -
