Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship all orders within one business day of receiving them. Pre-orders ship as soon as we are able to get them to you.
For ALL ORDERS – Please make sure that your address is entered correctly when you submit your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage required.
We want you to love what you ordered from us and we do our best to pack and ship out your records carefully. Sometimes shipping services don’t care as much as we do and things go wrong on the way. We are really sorry but we are not responsible for that. If something is not right, let us know. Please note that 7inch distro is not responsible for items damaged in transit and we can’t do refunds or returns in case of minor damage (minor seam splits, corner bumps, etc) on your order. But if your records suffered serious damages then do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment Options
(1) For customers outside Greece we accept payments via PayPal. You can pay via your PAYPAL CREDIT or using your CREDIT CARD.
After you finish your order, you will receive a confirmation email, so you know we got your order details etc. Remember that PayPal charges 5.0% to the order total as handling fee that we have to add at your costs.
For example: if the total of your order is € 50.00 in total automatically will be added € 2.50 (€ 50.00 + 5.0% = € 52.50). In case you want to avoid paying the PayPal fees you can pay as friends / family directly to mailorder@7inch.gr by entering your order. Feel free to contact us for the details.
After we have received the payment we will ship your order.
(2) Bank Transfer (Advance payment) for non Greek customers to our Revolut bank account. After completing the order process, you will receive an email within a few minutes with our bank details. In case there are bank charges they must be paid by the customer. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the payment.
Shipping costs
All international orders will be send via ELTA (Greek Post). Orders inside the European Union will be sent via ELTA (Greek Post) or ACS ECONOMY COURIER -if possible in your country-.

NOTE: Shipping costs are always approximate and subject to change. Prices below allow for a rough quote of what to expect. We generally use the fastest, cheapest but still the safest method to ship your parcels without extra costs.
We are sorry to inform you that at the moment we are not able to deliver orders to Russia and Belarus due to the current situation (because of Greek postal services rules).
We will of course inform you as soon as deliveries are possible again.
