The second album from the fiercest swedish hardcore punk band has been unavailable for more than a decade and we're very happy to bring it back in 2023, 20 years after its inception. « In Darkness » was one of the most influential records in the very prolific crust / hardcore scene of the early 2000s, ten songs of a perfect mix of brutality and melody and a cover of Poison Idea's Say Goodbye. We were very honored to be able to release the European version of this record in 2003 and the enthusiasm is still real to be able to offer you this reissue 20 years later. The disillusioned rage and urgency of this album remain intact after two decades. This reissue has been carefully prepared coincidentally with the band and packed in a gatefold cover with an impressive artwork by Wolfbrigade's very own bass player Johan Erkenvåg. It comes in a gatefold sleeve and there are clear & black marble and purple & black marble colored vinyl versions available for mailorder. -

BackOfficial re-release! Black vinyl! - Disfear are from Sweden, born from the ashes of Anti-bofors. In October 1992 the band recorded their eponymous debut EP in Sunlight Studios under the guidance of famed Entombed-producer Tomas Skogsberg. Encouraged by the overwhelming response, Disfear went back to Sunlight and cut the classic ''A Brutal Sight Of War''. With a DIS in the name is very clear what these dudes are about: on ''A Brutal Sight Of War'' they deliver nine tracks of Discharge-ish d-beat Crust/Hardcore with harsh toxic vocals, discore riffs and fast tempos. Finally, after 14 years available on vinyl again. Comes in 350 gram inside/out sleeve with 400 gram lyric sheet and 180 gram vinyl! -
The second instalment of The Warren of Snares trilogy from this fantastic band. To say the guys had moved on from their original sound is somewhat of an understatement. It was a bold musical change, as they had become such standard bearers of the UK/European crust punk ‘scene’ in such a short amount of time, via Owsla. Three mammoth 20+ minute tracks made up the record mixing their old sound with far more progressive metal & doom elements. -

This was release in 2001 but repress again in 2013. DOOM was a band which were pivotal in the rise of crust punk and originated from Birmingham. Doom continued with different guitarist, most notably with Dave Talbot who co-founded UK doom metal band SOLSTICE with SORE THROAT’s vocalist Rich Walker, but did not settle with four members for long playing numerous gigs as a three piece, as Pickering turned to vocal and guitar duties. This line up continued until a final split in August 1990. Following the group’s demise Pickering formed Police Bastard, whilst drummer Stick joined ENT then DIRT. This records still sound heavy, fuzzy, dirty and mean as hell!!! -

Finland’s D-beat Hardcore Punk band Kürøishi is finally dropping their monster second LP “Sound The Alarm”. While the sold-out first LP “Poverty. Ignorance. Greed. Slavery” stemmed from a traditional Scandinavian style of “Tragedy via Wolfbrigade”, “Sound the Alarm” LP leans a lot more on a tasteful Japanese hardcore influence. The Tragedy heaviness and bleak atmosphere is still prevalent, with crushing dirges and desperate melodic riffing, but here the songs are more guitar-focused, with blazing guitar leads and huge epic guitar solos pumping adrenaline to the extreme. Set that to high-charge tempos and throw in some big gang choruses with guest appearances from bands like Think Again/ Systematic Death, NoLA, No Excuse, Vivisektio and Rotten Sound, and you’ve got your winter soundtrack all sorted out.
