One of Britain’s most consistent and enduring death metal bands, Birmingham’s Bolt Thrower has weathered the best and worst of times in the extreme genre’s history without ever giving in to commercial temptations, or hardly even altering its sound. The fact that they were unusually blessed with a steady lineup throughout much of their career no doubt contributed to this stability, and though they were rarely bestowed wild praise for their efforts, with most of their competitors or contemporaries either adopting other styles or long retired, Bolt Thrower has gradually established itself as one of the best death metal bands ever to emerge from England. Those Once Loyal is the eighth and final album by the British death metal band Bolt Thrower. It was released in 2005. With Bolt Thrower deciding against releasing a follow-up to Those Once Loyal, it was Bolt Thrower’s final studio album before breaking up a year after drummer Martin Kearns’ death in September 2015. Like all of Bolt Thrower’s albums, Those Once Loyal deals with war, specifically World War I. Show No Mercy is the debut studio crusher by American thrash metal masters Slayer, originally released on December 3, 1983, by Metal Blade Records. Almost five months before Metallica released Kill 'Em All, Metal Blade owner Brian Slagel saw Slayer open a show for Bitch at the Woodstock Theater in LA. Blown away, he asked the band if it would submit a track to his upcoming compilation album Metal Massacre III. They agreed and when he heard the song they turned in, "Aggressive Perfector," Slagel offered Slayer a record contract. On Dec. 3, 1983, the band released its scorching debut, Show No Mercy. -

The COLD I trip started 10 years ago. At 2019 their drummer Christos left the band for personal reasons and he was replaced by Vaggelis. The current line up is Fotis (vocals), Aggelos (guitar), Dimitris (bass) and Vaggelis (drums). With the new line up at 2021, the band stormed the studio to record their third full length (Μέρες Νεκρές) which continues the quest at their beloved post punk/cold wave genres. “Μέρες Νεκρές” pressed at 287 copies. -
