Street punk pioneers Charged G.B.H. formed in Birmingham in 1978, the name referencing original bassist Sean McCarthy's trial for grievous bodily harm. The in-your-face hardcore of EP "Leather, Bristles, Studs And Acne," paved the way for super-charged debut LP, City Baby Attacked By Rats, which hit the number two position on the British indie charts on release in 1982, as well as the mainstream top 20, despite being released by tiny independent, Clay Records. With a touch of Motorhead and Sabbath beneath their straight-up hardcore, City Baby is where the legend begins, capturing G.B.H. at their bloodiest.

After the chart-topping debut City Baby Attacked By Rats, Birmingham ‘UK82’ punk pioneers Charged G.B.H. cut City Baby’s Revenge, their second release for Clay Records, and even though a mere year had passed, City Baby’s Revenge showed significant progression, Jock’s guitar more obviously inspired by metal, the lyrics more explicit and the sound even rawer than before. With a cool take of the Stooges’ ‘I Feel Alright’ and the reggae/rockabilly-esque ‘Skanga,’ this acclaimed winner is the LP that broke the band in the USA and is arguably the best they ever recorded required listening for the band’s devotees and all fans of metal-edged hardcore.

"Why" is the debut album by hardcore punk legends Discharge, originally released in 1981. Upon it's initial release it peaked at Number 1 in the UK indie album chart. When it comes to classic hardcore punk, Discharge are truly one of the all-time greats. They stood and still stand as clear innovators of the scene.

This is the long out-of-print (on vinyl) LP that was made from the “Dirty Rotten EP.” The band realized, once they saw the prices on things, that to do their 22-song 7″ as a 12″ would only cost a little more. So, with that, D.R.I. did it and the “Dirty Rotten EP” became the “Dirty Rotten LP.”

Reissue for the 2018 album by NYHC pioneers Sick Of It All. Wake the Sleeping Dragon is not sensitive, subtle, nuanced singer songwriter fare. Aggressive, angry and in your face old school Lower East Side hardcore punk. Sick Of It All have made another career and genre defining album. Don’t sleep on Wake the Sleeping Dragon.

BackThird D.R.I. album, originally released in 1987. This genre-defining album helped coin the term crossover and influenced hordes of punks around the globe that went on to form their own crossover/thrash/whatever bands. This is classic, metallic DRI thrash, hardcore and crossover.

BackWhere do you go and what do you do when you achieve near legendary status with your debut album? In D.R.I.’s world, you release “Dealing With It!,” a record that infused their increasing technicality with a love of metal and the raw, fast as hell hardcore sound that they patented. Surpassing their debut was never going to be easy, but with their second album, D.R.I. managed to do just that in a maelstrom of vicious, catchy, cerebral hardcore and metal.

Three decades ago, before the music industry began to colonize it, the do-it-yourself underground was a space of exodus and experimentation, often in violent opposition to the rest of the world. This was the context in which Catharsis appeared, one of a new wave of bands to meld metal drama with the raw urgency of hardcore punk. They quickly distinguished themselves by an almost self-destructive intensity and uncompromising anticapitalist ethic. Inverting Christian iconography to champion the struggle of the individual against a hostile cosmos, they took up the centuries-old banner No Gods, No Masters, extending this project of total defiance into their increasingly tumultuous lives. This apocalyptic orientation in turn informed their music, as they sought to hit upon the magic combination of words, harmonies, and rhythms that could spark a global conflagration. Catharsis broke up in 2002, following relentless touring on three continents and a final catastrophic five months in Europe. After a decade of watching the old records sell for absurd prices while bootleggers profited off substandard editions, we’ve finally taken it upon ourselves to offer a proper collection of their work. “Light from a Dead Star II.” includes their “Passion” LP, split LP’s w/ Gehenna and Newborn. It also includes the final Catharsis song, “Absolution,” recorded alongside “Arsonist’s Prayer” in their last session but never released. Packaged in a gatefold with oversize booklet offering all the original artwork.

The second album from the fiercest swedish hardcore punk band has been unavailable for more than a decade and we're very happy to bring it back in 2023, 20 years after its inception. « In Darkness » was one of the most influential records in the very prolific crust / hardcore scene of the early 2000s, ten songs of a perfect mix of brutality and melody and a cover of Poison Idea's Say Goodbye. We were very honored to be able to release the European version of this record in 2003 and the enthusiasm is still real to be able to offer you this reissue 20 years later. The disillusioned rage and urgency of this album remain intact after two decades. This reissue has been carefully prepared coincidentally with the band and packed in a gatefold cover with an impressive artwork by Wolfbrigade's very own bass player Johan Erkenvåg. It comes in a gatefold sleeve and there are clear & black marble and purple & black marble colored vinyl versions available for mailorder.

The COLD I trip started 10 years ago. At 2019 their drummer Christos left the band for personal reasons and he was replaced by Vaggelis. The current line up is Fotis (vocals), Aggelos (guitar), Dimitris (bass) and Vaggelis (drums). With the new line up at 2021, the band stormed the studio to record their third full length (Μέρες Νεκρές) which continues the quest at their beloved post punk/cold wave genres. “Μέρες Νεκρές” pressed at 287 copies.
