Orange marbled vinyl, ltd 200, insert In a way, it is quite sensational to see another MORBID SAINT album released at this point in time, meaning more than 30 years after their second LP “Destruction System” was recorded but not finished, only to be officially published recently. However, the prospect of delivering new music in their own unique death/thrash metal style was one of the main reasons why the core members reunited in 2010 in the first place. During its initial run from 1984 to ’94, the band wasn’t even close to having the final word, especially with regards to their seminal first record “Spectrum of Death” (1990). “Swallowed By Hell” was born from a remote creative exchange, with ideas being bounced back and forth between all members to create a ten-track barrage of extreme metal like it’s become rare these days – utterly punishing yet musically sophisticated, pushing limits but not for its own sake, and topped off by an artwork from the iconic Ed Repka (Death, Megadeth). Recorded at The Belle City Sound Company by Chris Djuricic (Num Skull, Disinter) with finishing touches put on at Chernobyl Studios by Scott Elliott, “Swallowed By Hell” reeks of the old school but plants its feet firmly on contemporary ground.

  • The second instalment of The Warren of Snares trilogy from this fantastic band. To say the guys had moved on from their original sound is somewhat of an understatement. It was a bold musical change, as they had become such standard bearers of the UK/European crust punk ‘scene’ in such a short amount of time, via Owsla. Three mammoth 20+ minute tracks made up the record mixing their old sound with far more progressive metal & doom elements.
  • The American heavy metal outfit Metal Church has been making music since 1980 and is led by Kurdt Vanderhoof. They released a total of twelve studio albums, including the second The Dark, which originally came out in 1986. It was their last album to feature the “classic” line-up of David Wayne, Kurdt Vanderhoof, Kirk Arrington, Duke Erickson and Craig Wells. The Dark features somber themes like assassination, death and the supernatural. It was produced by Mark Dodson, who is best known for producing albums by Anthrax and Suicidal Tendencies. The album features the singles “Start The Fire” and “Watch The Children Pray”, and fan favourites “Ton Of Bricks” and “Over My Dead Body”.

  • American crossover thrash metal band Suicidal Tendencies was formed in 1980 by vocalist Mike Muir. To follow up on the success of their self-titled debut album, they released Join The Army in 1987. The album is arguably one of their most popular efforts and features the popular tracks “War Inside My Head”, “Possessed To Skate” and “Join The Army”. It was the first album to feature Rocky George on guitar and R.J. Herrera on drums, and the last recording with Louiche Mayorga on bass. Join The Army features the track “Human Guinea Pig”, which previously only appeared on CD. The vinyl package also includes an insert with lyrics.

    LTD 50 copies
7inch distro is proud to reissue, for the first time, on vinyl the fourth album of Metal giants GRIP INC. (Dave Lombardo, Waldemar Sorychta, Gus Chambers). Four pages booklet with lyrics. Limited 50 copies on black vinyl with extra A3 poster. Release date: September 21, 2020. Previously released on CD through SPV [2004]. One of the most unique entries in the metal music catalogue, Grip Inc. received a fair bit of attention for being the first serious path taken by Dave Lombardo after his definitive demise from Slayer, teamed up with the then less-known guitarist and producer Waldemar Sorychta and vocalist Gus Chambers. “Incorporated” appears after a five year absence from the scene. Sorychta went back to producing. Lombardo went to Testament, Famtomas and back to Slayer. Vocalist Gus Chambers just went away. Getting back together for “Incorporated” is one of the best decisions this core group of individuals has ever made – this is simply their most cohesive and energetic album of their careers.
  • Crusher’s debut is a history printed on vinyl. In terms of intentions and driving evolution, the French Metal scene was never the same after that. This great country has given birth to so many huge bands like Sortilege, ADX, Blaspheme and many more but the extreme sound was kinda like walking on the sidewalks. "Corporal Punishment" changed this stereotype once and for all. With great intensity, excellent passion and talent more than obvious even to unfamiliar with extreme genres fans, Crusher's debut album is both effective and addictive in terms of brutality, energy and songwriting.
